The internships are generally unpaid.

Changes in flight data (but not of departure or destination) are possible in principle. On-site you can change your ticket directly with the airline for a fee, of course depending on whether there are still enough seats available on the desired date. Basically, you should rebook as early as possible. The flight ticket is valid for twelve months, which means that you have to land in Germany on the last day of the validity of your ticket. An extension beyond that is not possible. If you want to make longer stops in other countries along the flight route, the time you spend there will be deducted from your time in Argentina. Since the return flights cannot be booked 12 months into the future for booking reasons, you may have to rebook the return flight once on site for a fee.
