Flight & Arrival
From Germany, only Lufthansa and Thai Airways offer direct flights to Thailand. But there are many other alternatives where you can travel to Bangkok with just one stopover.
Local Transportation
There are many different ways of getting around in Thailand. For long distances, buses are the dominant form of transportation. Domestic flights within Thailand are also a popular and most cheap form of transportation. For short distances, tuk-tuks and taxis are mainly used as a means of transportation.
Vaccinations
Before a trip to Thailand, the following vaccinations should be refreshed:

Diphtheria

Pneumokokken
Influenza
Anyone entering Thailand from a yellow fever endemic area must have vaccination protection against yellow fever.
