What do the fees include?
At StudentsGoAbroad we try to make our service as transparent and simple as possible. That's because we know that interning or volunteering abroad is a big step in your professional and personal development, and the last thing you need are question marks when it comes to the related costs. Here you will find an overview of what services are included in the registration fee and the program fee, and what add-ons you will get for free and which can be booked additionally.

The registration fee is the start of your internship / volunteering service. From now on, we at StudentsGoAbroad will take care of your registration, coaching and the placement of your desired internship. We support you from the first idea to the complete planning and organization of your trip.

The program fees depend on the type and length of your trip and cover the placement through our partners, as well as full support on-site, our assistance with visa processes, internship certificates and much more!

What are add-ons?
You can travel carefree with our add-ons, which you can book in addition to our standard service. These include accommodation, health insurance, language courses, introduction weeks, weekend trips, and much more! For most volunteer services, these are even included for free!
The registration process
Three steps to your internship & volunteering abroad

Create your profile
The first step is to create a profile and add your preferences for the internship. The travel details during the registration are non-binding and serve us as a first orientation. Also, no payment is necessary for this step!
2.
Book free consultation
Next, you can schedule your consultation with us! Here we will answer all questions, and provide you with information on how your desired internship experience abroad can be realized. Of course this meeting is free of charge!
3.
Secure your placement
Once all the requirements for your internship or volunteer service are met, we can start the placement process and send your application to our team abroad. This step is mandatory and a deposit is required.
