Work and everyday life during an internship in Valencia
During my internship, I engaged in a variety of tasks that helped me expand my skill set and deepen my understanding of healthcare. I learned how to administer injections, perform mobility assessments, conduct and interpret echographies, and assist with shockwave therapy treatments. These experiences offered a practical insight into patient care and clinical procedures, reinforcing my theoretical knowledge and allowing me to witness firsthand the impact of multidisciplinary collaboration. The supportive environment at the clinic, combined with the willingness of the staff to guide me, made this an amazing experience.
Outside of my work at the clinic, I had an incredible time exploring the vibrant city of Valencia. Its lively culture and stunning architecture left a lasting impression on me. From strolling through the beautiful streets of the old town to enjoying sunny days on the beach, every moment felt like a new adventure. I also took the opportunity to try local cuisine, visit famous landmarks, and immerse myself in Spanish culture, which made my time abroad even more special.
